The historic trawler Arctic Corsair was built in 1960 by Cook, Welton and Gemmel for the Boyd Line of Hull. She was one of the last of the great 'side-winding' trawlers to sail out of Hull for fishing the far northern grounds. She is diesel powered, her length 187 foot, breadth (beam) 33.6ft, and gross registered tonnage of 764. The ship is now undergoing restoration ready opening to the public as a museum ship in Hull.
