Shipping policy

Unframed prints: We generally ship your order within 2-3 days, subject to stock, using Royal Mail Tracked 24 service in the UK, and Royal Mail International Tracked service worldwide.  Please contact us if you require a faster internatiional courier service.  If a remarqued print is temporally out of stock, it will be drawn to your order by the Artist, and this may take up to 3 weeks to arrange.  If any other item is temporally out of stock we will inform you if there is any consequent delay.

Framed prints and original paintings:  We frame to your order and will ship your framed art within a week, professionally packed, using overnight courier in the UK and using UPS, Fedex, DHL or similar service internationally.

Any local taxes in countries outside the UK are not included.  Import VAT or sales tax may be payable, and you should check the requirements of your country.  Generally imports into EU countries attract VAT / IVA at the local rate, which is usually payable before delivery.   Original paintings usually attract a reduced rate of VAT / IVA.

In particular, customers located within the USA, as a condition to the purchase,  agree to pay the relevant import tariff regardless of whether or not the customer considers the tariff to be legal.
