Agamemnon ran ahead of the British fleet on the 13th March 1795 and single-handedly engaged the much larger (but crippled) Ça Ira (named after the French revolutionary song, the title ironically translates to "It'll be OK") and two other supporting French ships of the line. Nelson called "Agamemnon" 'the finest ship I ever sailed in"
