Commissioned for a client in Germany, 2023.

Upon receiving the finished painting the client wrote:

Please pass on our heartfelt thanks to Jenny Morgan for creating such a breathtaking painting that has outdone all our expectations. What a talented artist she is!  We will treasure this beautiful piece of art and it's taking pride of place over my desk in the study.

The detail of the men climbing the rigging. The cannons blasting. You could almost smell the smoke! The intricate detail of all of the ships. The moving flags. The shades of the sails and the strengths of the masts are incredible. The water and amazing skies. Each time we look at it, it feels like we are going back in time!  The framing is outstanding and the gold shade is just our taste."
